How do we meet Dan and Tango?
We understand that you may want to meet Dan to discuss firearms, films,
or even food for firearm & film aficionados.
However, Dan is not always at Team Tango.
Do send us an email and we will pass on your request to Dan.
Otherwise, book a Team Tango Firearm Training course,
Dan personally spends the day instructing you at the range.
How do I know my order will be sent?
Orders are sent for delivery within 2-3 working days after the order has been confirmed.
Shipment orders are sent out between Monday to Thursdays.
If your order is applicable for tracking, Team Tango will send you the tracking codes by email.
I live in the great Kingdom of Thailand, how will my order be sent?
Domestic delivery:
Shipping within Thailand by EMS Thai Post (1-3 Days with tracking service)
Or courier service Kerry Express (1-2 Days with tracking service) or quivalent.
I wish I lived in the great Kingdom of Thailand, can I still purchase your products?
International delivery:
Yes we ship world wide by EMS Thai Post (14-21 Days with tracking service)
Or Airmail by Thai Post (18-30 Days)
** Import Duties & Taxes applicable to the laws of that country are to be paid by the recipient

Items which are defective, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the item.
Clearly provide your order details, accompanied by text & images of the defective product.
Items which require exchange due to incorrect size, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the item.
** Exchanges are only applicable for a different size of the same item product & color code.
** Items for return or exchanges must be received by Team Tango in acceptable conditions:
Items must be in their packaging, within the original condition, not worn, not washed, not damaged, nor soiled.
** Team Tango has the final decision to deny returns & exchanges
